How do I make loose leaf tea?

Because our tea are PREMIUM loose leaf tea, they must be used with a strainer to infuse the water with the essential oils from the tea.

First you want to add 1 teaspoon of tea leaves to your strainer mug (sold here) followed by 8 oz of boiling water. Let the leaves steep for at least 2 minutes, remove the strainer and enjoy your tea!
Is it ok to add sugar to my tea?

In the words of Mama Boucher in the Waterboy movie "IT'S THE DEVIL!" 😄

Seriously though, many of these teas tastes great without needing to add sugar. BUT, if you must add a sweetener I would suggest a teaspoon of pure agave.
I have a medical condition, is this tea safe?

If you have a medical condition, you are pregnant or are trying to get pregnant, please consult your physician before consuming ANY of our teas.
What is the shelf life of these teas?

Teas do not generally go bad as long as they are stored in a dark cabinet with low moisture. We do not recommend consuming any teas that are older than one year.
How many times a day can I drink this tea?

You can drink most of our teas on a regular basis including more than once a day with the exception of the weight loss tea. We suggest drinking only one cup a day of this tea for no more than 60 consecutive days.
